What we pick up off the signal, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number. If you join the email signal list, we collect your email and where you signed up. We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and — if you opted in — send drop alerts and updates. We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make the store run — for example our payment processor, shipping carriers, email/ marketing platform, and hosting/infrastructure — and only as needed to do their job, or where required by law.
