How your transmission gets to you.

Where we ship

2'SSY ships from the United States. We currently ship to [Jordan to confirm before launch: shipping zones — e.g. US only, or US + international]. Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed in [Jordan to confirm before launch: processing window, e.g. 1–3 business days] after they're placed. Drops can run hot — during a heavy transmission, processing may take a little longer, and we'll say so at checkout.

Delivery time & rates

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way. Lost or stuck in transit? Email support@2ssy.com and we'll chase the signal with the carrier.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's shipped. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping (reshipping costs may apply).
